I understand how much heart goes into planning a wedding because I’m a storyteller who values the emotion behind every moment. I’ve photographed weddings in grand venues, rustic barns, gardens in full bloom, and stormy outdoor ceremonies — and what stands out every time isn’t the location, it’s the people.

I like to keep things simple and stress-free:
Get in Touch – Start by sending me a message with your date. I’ll check availability and I'll call you so we can have a friendly chat to make sure we’re the perfect fit.
We’ll talk through your vision, package options, and any questions you have so everything feels clear and personal to you.
Secure Your Date – Once you’re ready, I’ll send over your booking form and contract. A 50% booking fee secures your date in my diary, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks to the wedding.
Planning Together – From then on, I’m all yours! You’ll have unlimited contact and support as we plan your timeline, photo list, and all the details that matter most.
Simple, personal, and completely focused on you — because booking your photographer should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Once you’ve booked, I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly in the lead-up to your big day. You’ll receive a few short questionnaires so I can get to know you both and plan everything perfectly:
Getting to Know You – Sent after booking, this first questionnaire helps me learn all about you as a couple — your story, your vibe, and what matters most to you both.
Wedding Details & Timeline – Around three months before your wedding, I’ll send a second questionnaire to gather all the important details — timings, locations, suppliers, and the flow of your day — so we can plan the photography seamlessly.
Formal Photo List – Finally, about four weeks before, I’ll send one last form to confirm your must-have family and group photos. This ensures no one special gets missed (yes, even the aunties who love to hide!).
By the time your wedding arrives, every detail will be organised — so you can relax and enjoy the day while I capture it all.
the day
By the time your wedding arrives, you’ll already know exactly what to expect. For full-day coverage, I usually arrive around three hours before the ceremony to capture the excitement of the morning — the dress, shoes, jewellery, details, and all those beautiful pre-ceremony moments. For shorter packages, we’ll agree on arrival and finish times in advance to suit your day perfectly.
Have your details ready (rings, perfume, stationery, and anything sentimental you’d love photographed) — it helps me tell the full story of your morning beautifully.
Throughout the day, I’ll be by your side — guiding you when needed but mostly letting the moments unfold naturally. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, allowing you to simply enjoy your day while I capture it all as it happens.
During your meal, I’ll take a short break (don’t worry, I don’t expect to be fed — your day is expensive enough already!). After that, I’ll be right back to capture speeches, laughter, and the first dances before quietly slipping away around 8pm, leaving you to dance the night away surrounded by your favourite people.

Around seven days after your wedding, you’ll receive a beautiful preview gallery — a handful of fully edited images sent via a secure online link. These are perfect for sharing with friends, family, and your suppliers while you’re still soaking up the post-wedding buzz (or relaxing on honeymoon!).
While you’re reliving the memories, I’ll be hard at work perfecting your full gallery. I always quote a 10–12 week turnaround, as every single image is hand-edited by me — never outsourced, never run through AI. Each photograph is finished with care, consistency, and my signature style, ensuring your final gallery truly tells your story exactly as it deserves.
Once your gallery is complete, we can chat about albums and prints — how best to display your images and preserve your memories for generations to come. Whether it’s a bespoke album, wall art, or fine-art prints, I’ll help you choose the perfect way to keep your story alive long after the day has passed.

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I’m based in Kent but happily travel across the UK. Travel fees apply for locations further afield.
30 miles within TN23 is included
Outside this £1 per mile each way is applied plus any congestion charges
If the venue is more than an hour away £50 travel time is added each way

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 12–18 months ahead, especially for peak summer dates. As soon as you have your venue confirmed, it’s best to get in touch.
How long does it take to get our photos?
You’ll receive sneak peeks within 7 days and your full gallery within 10–12 weeks.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes, I offer bespoke albums and print packages designed to preserve your memories beautifully.
How do we secure our date?
A signed contract and a 50% booking fee secure your date in my diary — This also stops weddings being booked either side so I can be 100% dedicated to your day
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding.
Will you take formal group photos?
Yes, definitely! I love candid storytelling, but I’ll also guide you through a list of formal family photos (we’ll plan this 4 weeks before).
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding is different, but typically between 600–900 fully edited high-resolution JPEGs, depending on coverage and guest numbers.
Are all the photos edited?
Absolutely — every image you receive is fully edited by hand in my signature style. I never outsource or use AI.
Do you need food on the day?
No, I don’t expect a meal — your day is expensive enough! I take a short break during your wedding breakfast while you eat.
What if it rains?
Don’t panic — I’ve photographed weddings in every kind of weather. We’ll adapt, embrace it, and create stunning images whatever the conditions.
What happens if you’re ill or can’t attend?
In the rare event of an emergency, I have trusted professional photographers I work closely with who can step in. You’ll never be left without a photographer.
Can we give you a shot list or Pinterest ideas?
Of course! I love seeing what you’re drawn to — it helps me capture your day in a style that feels authentically you.

1. Do you offer a second photographer?
Yes — I can add a trusted second shooter to cover both preparations and extra guest reactions throughout the day. It’s especially helpful for larger weddings or when the ceremony and prep are in different locations £600 fee applies.
2. Can we request no social media sharing?
Absolutely. If you prefer privacy, I’ll keep certain parts of your gallery completely offline and won’t post any images publicly.
3. What happens if our timeline runs late?
It’s very common! I’ll adapt and work with you to make sure key moments are still captured.
4. Can we provide you with a shot list for the entire day?
You can share any important moments or people you want captured — but I recommend keeping lists short so the day stays relaxed and natural.
5. Do you offer videography?
I focus solely on photography but can recommend trusted videographers I’ve worked with across Kent and beyond.
6. What if we lose our gallery link?
No stress — I archive all weddings securely and can resend your link at any time up to 12 months, after this they are removed form online and stored for an additional 12 months a fee may be charged to upload during this time.
7. What’s your backup process?
I shoot on dual memory cards, back up your files to multiple drives immediately after your wedding, and keep a secure cloud backup too. Your images are always protected.
8. Can we order albums later?
Yes, absolutely — there’s no time limit. Many couples order albums for anniversaries or gifts once life has calmed down.
9. Do you retouch skin or body features?
I edit gently and naturally — I do not photoshop people or distractions in the room - please have bridesmaids keeping areas clear of clutter if you do not want this in your images.
10. What if it’s dark inside our venue?
I’m fully equipped for all lighting situations — from dark barns to soft candlelit ceremonies. I’ll use additional lighting only where it’s permitted and won’t distract from the atmosphere or your guests. If your ceremony is in a church, please check in advance whether flash or external lighting is allowed so I can plan accordingly.
11. Can you work with pets or children on the day?
Yes! I’m a mum and a patient multitasker — I’ve got plenty of tricks for keeping kids smiling.
If you’re including your dog in the day, please ensure they’re kept on a lead and under full control at all times. For any planned photos with your dog, it’s really helpful to have a dedicated handler or family member available to assist — that way, everything stays calm, safe, and enjoyable for both you and your furry friend.
12. Do you photograph same-sex weddings?
Of course — love is love, and every couple deserves their story to be told beautifully.
13. Can we meet in person before booking?
Absolutely. I offer in-person or virtual consultations so we can chat through everything before you make your decision.
14. What if my dress or suit gets dirty or something goes wrong?
It happens — and I’ll help however I can. From fluffing the dress to safety-pinning straps, I’m there to keep things calm and fix the little hiccups.
15. Will you help with posing?
Definitely. I use gentle direction and fun prompts so you never feel awkward — just natural, connected, and confident.
